Upsells Account Executive
HotDoc is a healthtech startup based in Melbourne. We help Australian patients manage their personal health and relationship with their doctor through the HotDoc app. We’re passionate about building products that have real impact and improve the lives of patients, as well as delivering services that improve the sustainability of Australian healthcare.
As an Upsells Account Executive you’ll be responsible for:
- Closing add on business to existing accounts so that you achieve your monthly sales quotas
- Working closely together with the Customer Success Department to identify great opportunity within the customer base to upsell additional products.
- Providing value to existing customer base to continue to strengthen our relationship
- Be an ambassador for HotDoc's story and set of values
- Helping those in your team succeed
- Creating the wow-factor through your in product demos and delighting customers at every touchpoint to create HotDoc advocates in the market
You are the person we’re looking for if...
- You’ve worked in sales before and have at least 1 years experience in selling sophisticated B2B solutions
- You have great consultative skills, enjoy taking customers through a journey to lead to desired outcomes, and can provide great customer references
- You have deep motivation and a track record of exceeding your sales quota
- You are socially conscious person who wants to be in a role that positively impacts Australian healthcare
- You are passionate about technology, Health IT or SaaS
