Head of Customer Success
We are looking to hire a proven Customer Success leader who is excited to help us scale from a team of 45 today to a team of 200 people over the next three years. You have a track record of leading a team to deliver an exceptional level of customer happiness. You love the idea of applying your love of SaaS to a values driven culture, and see your hard work directly impact patient lives for the better.
- Lead and coach a team of diverse and highly talented Customer Success and Onboarding personnel and help them achieve their goals and potential
- Maximise customer happiness and account value across our entire SMB portfolio, and consistently achieve 2% negative churn
- Work closely with the CEO to recruit and scale a critically important business unit
- Spearhead complex projects, which help us automate processes and reduce onboarding and support costs
- Good, ethical person
- Track record as leader of a Customer Success or Account Management team, whose performance was central to that company’s success
- Extremely skilled project manager who has fiercely executed on complex projects with measurable benefits
- You love SaaS and you have a highly detailed understanding of how to harness different SaaS tools to uncover insights and get results
